Eligibility Requirements

Joining the registry is not equivalent to religious certification; it aims to archive foundational historical records while respecting traditions across all lineages. Applicants must meet the following requirements:

Clear lineage with traceable master and transmission genealogy
Possesses practical experience in lineage ritual practices
I voluntarily submit authentic information and authorize the Yearbook Editorial Board to archive it.

Fill out the online application form to submit your basic personal information, lineage background, and practical experience.

Editorial Board Preliminary Review

Verify form completeness; upon initial approval, submit to Oshaman for advisory review.

Senior Shaman Consultant evaluates lineage and identity

Editorial Board Resolution

Make a decision to approve inclusion based on the preliminary review and deliberation opinions.

Archive to storage

Finalize and archive the document, issue a "Certificate of Inclusion," and display content according to confidentiality permissions.

Does ordination equal religious certification?

Not so. Inclusion in the registry is solely for archival purposes regarding cultural and historical materials of the root tradition, and does not constitute any official religious qualification or certification.

Can my submitted information be kept confidential?

Yes. For each asset, you can choose one of three permissions: "Public Display," "Yearbook Use," or "Backend Archive Only."

Can I resubmit a rejected application?

Yes. If the submission is incomplete, the editorial board will return it with an explanation. You may resubmit once the required information has been added.
